The ND6050 series machines are commonly used for processing brass dies,brass plate thickness is 6mm,dimension is 27*57mm and an engraving depth is 1.5mm. During the machining process, a total of 5 different precision tools were used. Initially, a 4mm tool was used to mill out the rough shape, followed by a 0.1mm tool for the final engraving. 

Brass dies are widely used, such as hot stamping and embossing due to their long lifespan and excellent heat resistance. Their durability and high precision make them a popular choice for various applications in the dies manufacturing sector.
