ND4040 CNC Milling and Engraving Machine for Hot Foil Stamping Dies/Cliches/Blocks/Molds/Moulds

The design concept of ND4040 CNC milling and engraving machine is based on granite bed, beam and guide rail base.

1. Machine Structure

Our machine body, cross beam, base etc. are made of "Jinan Black" natural granite with all precision surfaces manual grinding to achieve and maintain stable structure and high precision.

2.High Precision Combination

High-precision guideway, ball screw and mechanical parts are directly installed on the grind surface of high-precision "Jinan Black" granite to achieve the best accuracy combination after assembly.

3.Professional Control System

Adopt professional control system with powerful tools management, compensation production, humanized interface, and automatic loading and unloading functions. The accuracy can be controlled and reached to μ level.

4.Long life span Drive System

High-end bus absolute value drive system for all axes is equipped to ensure high accuracy in the drive process.

PACKAGING & SHIPPING

1. Firstly, the cnc center is to be packed with plastic sheet for cleaning and damp proofing.

2. Secondly, the cnc machine is to be put in the plywood case for safety and clashing.

3. Thirdly, the plywood case is transported into the container.
