Machine body, gantry, base etc. are made of "Jinan Black" natural granite with all precision surfaces manual grinding to achieve and maintain stable structure and high precision.
The ND6090FD flexible dies CNC machine is suitable for precision machining of flexible dies. The design concept is based on a granite vacuum, granite bed, gantry, and guide rail base, equipped with high-precision screw guide rails and high-power spindle. The entire system is controlled by servo, and multiple processes of machining are completed through programming. Include Grating ruler, CCD camera, probe, auto tools changer system and so on.
