High-precision male and female molds, engraved by ND CNC Machine, serve as the core tooling for manufacturing 3D metal automotive emblems, wheel hub caps and brand nameplates. Below is the complete stamping forming process:
Step 1. Mold Set & Material Loading

The metal dies of two precisely matched components: The lower male/embossing die (punch) and the upper female/debossing die (cavity). A flat aluminum sheet is placed between the two dies, aligned by positioning pins to ensure accurate forming.
Step 2. Mold Closing & Precision Shaping

Full die closure ensures uniform pressure across the entire surface, delivering consistent edge definition, smooth curvature and dimensional accuracy for every stamped part, ideal for mass production with stable quality.
Step 3. Demolding & Part Ejection

After the press retracts, the fully formed emblem blank is released from the die cavity. The one-shot stamping process eliminates secondary trimming and maintains uniform surface quality across batches.
Step 4. Finishing & Final Assembly

The formed metal emblem proceeds to post-processing (color infilling, urethane coating, adhesive backing) and is finally mounted on vehicle grilles, wheel hub caps or exterior trim panels.
