The customer is a leading company in the signage manufacturing industry in Thailand, with a market share that ranks among the top three in the country. The company's product line covers a comprehensive range, both in the production of conventional plastic signs, but also specialises in high-end metal signage manufacturing.

The high-end product line focuses on aluminium signs, using a unique yin and yang copper moulding process: first of all, refined copper dies, through the press on the aluminium plate pressed with a three-dimensional sense of concave and convex pattern. This process makes the product show the unique texture and hierarchy of metal, commonly used in high-end hotels, luxury brand shops and other places.

It is worthwhile to pay attention to the innovation of the die manufacturing technology: the traditional copper die made by chemical etching method has the problems of lack of precision (±0.3mm) and roughness of pattern edges; after introducing our CNC machine processing technology, the precision of the die is increased to ±0.005mm, and the pattern contour is clear and sharp, which makes the three-dimensional effect of the final product more exquisite and beautiful. This technology upgrade has helped the customer to further consolidate its competitive advantage in the high-grade signage market.
