After many years, we made an appointment to meet at the customer's factory.

The customer purchased ND CNC machines two years ago for processing brass and magnesium hot stamping block and embossing dies, which are used in the printing industry.

The main purpose of this visit to the customer is to check the current status of the machine and provide simple technical guidance.

The machine model currently used by the customer is ND6090F-16ATC, with a processing size of 600 * 900mm.

The machine runs for approximately 12-20 hours per day, mainly processing large format brass cliche materials and a small amount of magnesium dies.

The future plan is to add larger format machines for one-time processing of large format sheets, followed by cutting and processing hot stamping dies.
